It seems that the W Magazine March 2014 issue is all about nudity. Starting from the cover which features a nude Miley Cyrus hugging a pillow it continues with a photo spread called Pillow Tweets featuring famous faces from the fashion and entertaining industries. Shot by the duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott who also appears in the spread, probably an autoportrait.
